IntiemComfort was not founded simply to sell products. It began with a much bigger thought: why should a subject so personal, human and important not be approached with the same care, quality and elegance as beauty, wellness, fashion or personal care?

Dutch roots, a European outlook

IntiemComfort is a Dutch international online shop operated by Kiljano (registered trading name: Kiljano Dominik Kiljanski, Chamber of Commerce 94019525)

From our Dutch base, we work with a broad European network of brands, specialist suppliers, logistics partners and warehouses. This lets us combine a large collection with availability, reliable processing and different delivery options within the European Union.

Orders are processed from the suitable available warehouse within our logistics network. As a result, one order may sometimes arrive in several parcels. For customers, this means a better chance of prompt availability, with no extra shipping costs when we need to split an order ourselves.

Our international approach goes hand in hand with clear Dutch responsibility. Your agreement is with Kiljano, our customer service remains the central point of contact and, as the seller, we take responsibility for handling your order correctly.

Customer service that stays accessible

Personal products can raise personal questions. That is why we believe customers should be able to contact us easily and discreetly.

Our customer service is available in writing via WhatsApp every day from 09:00 to 24:00, except on public holidays. You can also reach us at info@intiemcomfort.nl.

We deliberately choose written communication. It allows us to:

• retrieve order and tracking details securely;
• prevent misunderstandings;

We aim to respond within one hour in most cases. Complex questions, busy periods or the need for information from a carrier, warehouse or other external party may mean that a substantive resolution takes longer.

IntiemComfort operates exclusively online. We have no showroom, retail premises or customer collection point.

This is a deliberate choice. Working online allows us to:
